Terms of Service
The agreement between you and AdsOS when you use the app, its AI features and its integrations.
Effective 7 October 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of [Product name] (the "Service"), provided by [Company name] ("we", "us", "our"), [Registered address]. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you accept them on its behalf and confirm that you may do so.
The Service
The Service helps you plan, create, publish and analyse ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok from one place. It connects to those platforms through their official APIs on your behalf, stores your campaigns, results, creatives and brand kits, and offers AI features that write copy, create images and designs, plan campaigns and suggest improvements.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and sign-in methods safe, and turn on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for what happens in your account; tell us at once at [Contact email] if you think someone else has used it.
Workspaces and roles
Work in the Service happens in workspaces. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and can invite others as an owner, editor or viewer:
- Owners manage the workspace, its members, integrations, settings and billing.
- Editors create and edit campaigns and content, use the AI features and approve changes.
- Viewers see and export reports.
A workspace's owners are responsible for whom they invite, for how their members use the Service, and for the content and ad accounts they bring into it.
Connecting ad platforms
- When you connect Meta, Google Ads or TikTok, you allow us to access the ad accounts you select and to act there on your instructions: read accounts and results, create and change campaigns, ad sets or ad groups and ads, upload creatives, and publish what you approve.
- You confirm that you have the right to manage those ad accounts and to give us this access.
- Your use of each platform remains subject to its own terms and advertising policies (such as the Meta Advertising Standards, the Google Ads policies and the TikTok Advertising Policies). You are responsible for your ads: their content, targeting and landing pages, and their compliance with those policies and with the law, including consumer protection, privacy and advertising rules.
- The platforms decide whether to approve your ads and may reject, limit or suspend them or your accounts. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages, changes to their APIs or their charges. The platforms bill your ad spend to you directly; it is not part of our fees.
- You can disconnect a platform at any time in Integrations.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others, or run ads that are false, misleading or discriminatory, or that promote illegal products or services;
- upload content you have no right to use, or malware;
- send spam or harass anyone;
- access the Service or the ad platforms in ways we do not offer, such as scraping, automated sign-ups, reverse engineering, or getting around quotas, limits or security measures;
- make AI features produce content that is illegal, harmful or deceptive (for example realistic images of real people without their consent), sexual content involving minors, or content that breaks the platforms' policies;
- resell the Service without our written permission.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI features
- AI output is generated automatically. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to what others receive, or unsuitable. Review it before you use it: you are responsible for the copy, images and campaigns you publish.
- AI suggestions never go live on their own: a person in your workspace approves every change before it is published.
- We do not promise any results, such as reach, sales or return on ad spend.
- You may use the output you generate for your business, subject to these Terms and the rights of others. Disclose that content was made with AI where the law or a platform requires it.
- AI requests are processed by third-party providers, as our Privacy Policy describes.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content and data you bring into the Service. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the ad platforms and AI providers on your instructions. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.
Our property
The Service, its software, design and templates belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You may use the templates and design elements we provide in your ads, but not resell them on their own.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans include quotas (such as AI usage) and are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency shown at checkout. Add-ons are billed when you buy them.
- New subscriptions require payment before access and AI allowances begin. Free trials are not offered. Previously granted access remains available until its existing expiry.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel in Billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Fees are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
- Prices do not include taxes unless stated. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
- If a payment fails, we may limit the workspace to read-only access until it is paid.
- Billing currently runs in test mode while paid plans are prepared: no real card is charged. We will tell you before real charges begin.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including the data we receive from the ad platforms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features; if we remove an important feature you pay for, we will tell you in advance. Features marked as beta are provided as they are.
Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the Service at any time: cancel your plan, delete your workspaces or delete your account in Settings.
- We may suspend or close your account or a workspace if you break these Terms, if your use puts us, other users or the ad platforms at risk, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first.
- When a workspace is deleted, its data is purged 30 days later, so download what you need first. The sections that by their nature should continue after termination (such as ownership, liability and disputes) continue to apply.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages; for lost profits, revenue, data or ad spend; or for what the ad platforms or AI providers do. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your ads, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of the platforms' policies, or your breach of the law or of the rights of others.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law]. Disputes will be resolved by [Courts], unless the law where you live lets you bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the Service at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you go on using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms.
